Waterloo is rolling.

Looked like a pitchers duel early on but Waterloo brought the lumber, played good defense and defeated Red Bud easily.

Saturday is going to be busy.

I might just need an extra cup of coffee on Saturday morning. Going to be a busy day, which I like but I have some overlapping events. In case you're wondering, here is my plan----Waterloo baseball at 11 (first game of a double header), then off to get some soccer pictures of WHS playing at Gibault, which starts at noon. I will mostly likely come back for some of the second game of the baseball double header. I know Gibualt plays a home double header also, but I just don't know how the heck I am going to work that in and really do the game justice and get enough pictures for the website. I think I am getting tired already!!!! Tiring but fun. Don't forget, I am currently booking high school senior portrait sessions, talk about fun.

Another Senior Booking

Just finalized the date for the senior portrait session for E.K. at WHS. I am looking forward to some great shots both in studio and on location. Somebody pinch me I must be dreaming, taking senior portraits and sports pictures----------Life is good! (knock on wood of course)

The girls have gotta love that new field!

The Waterloo girls varsity soccer team got their first chance to play an actual game on the new soccer field. My gut feeling is they really must like it, judging by the 9-0 thumping they put on Civic Memorial. For all you girls on the team that may need senior pictures taken, look no further. My wife and I would be happy to talk with you about an in studio and or outdoor location.

New background for senior portraits!!!!!!

Well, I took a little road trip to Ruma this morning. Why you ask? I decided to purchase a new cool background for upcoming Senior Portraits in my studio. I could describe it but I would rather you see it in person. It's not that I dislike Mondays, I just happen to like / need coffee so much more on Monday.

Bracket is officially busted.

Well,since my basketball bracket is officially busted, it seemed like a good time to take some shots of my wife. I only had to twist her arm a little bit.

Rain rain, go away, or better yet, don't even show up so we can get some action shots of baseball, softball, soccer, tennis and track. If anyone can help suggest how I can be in more than one place at one time, please enlighten me.

Easter Photo Shoot

Gateway Photography's new studio

Hello all. By now I think a large part of Monroe County knows me as the guy with a camera, that goes to sporting events, and takes great action shots. While all that is true, I have branched into doing high school senior portraits. Not only can we go on location to do some cool portraits, but I now have a fully functional studio. An exciting time for me personally and I look forward putting it to very good use. More to come, stay tuned.
